“The best leaders aren't the ones with the biggest teams. They're the ones with the most buy-in.”

Leadership Accelerator

Grow your skills to a new level

This group coaching program brings managers together in small cohorts to develop their leadership and communication skills so they can connect with people who don't think the way they do.

Nine weeks - Small groups - Real change

Does this sound familiar?

  • Your managers are leading projects that cross three departments, and half the people involved don't report to them.
Marketing has its own priorities. Ops moves at a different pace. Getting everyone pointed the same direction takes more than an org chart.

  • Some of your best people struggle to get buy-in from their own teams.
One direct report needs every detail spelled out. Another tunes out the second the explanation gets too long. What lands with one report backfires with the next, and nobody's told them why.

  • You've sent them to the trainings. They've read the books. The same friction shows up anyway.
It's not effort. It's not knowledge. Something in how they're applying it isn't clicking, and a one-day workshop doesn't fix that.

What The Process Looks Like...

  • Step 1: Book a call. We will discuss your particular needs and develop plan for achieiving your goals.

  • Step 2: Build the cohort(s). Group size and schedule are based on what works best for you.

  • Step 3: We provide a quote and an invoice. 50% to lock it in, balance due once the program starts

  • Step 4: Nine weeks, ninety minutes a week. Skills are learned, practiced and refined week after week for real enduring change.

  • Step 5: Ongoing support. When the nine weeks are up, you can sign on for ongoing support with additional resources and a monthly conference call.

Jeremy Doran

Jeremy spent years understanding systems before he understood people. With backgrounds in Mechanical Engineering and Psychology, he came to leadership not through the traditional path, but through a lifetime of feeling like the odd one out. That outsider perspective became his greatest asset. Jeremy is a professional speaker, leadership coach, and podcast host, certified in the Stephen Covey 7 Habits and Leadership Management International's Total Leader development process.

Off the stage, Jeremy does standup comedy and improv, plays competitive volleyball, and has completed an Ironman triathlon. He lives in Rhode Island.
